Does it really work in every country?

We cover 180+ countries with local brands and currencies. For the handful of countries where local brands are limited, we offer open choice cards that are redeemable globally.

What happens if the recipient picks nothing?

Set your own expiry. Unclaimed rewards return to your balance automatically. No lost budget.

Can I brand the emails in our house style?

Yes. Self-serve gives you control over logo, colours and sender name. Enterprise has full custom branding including your own domain.

How secure is the API?

Bearer tokens with scoped permissions, IP allowlisting, idempotency keys and signed webhooks. SOC2 Type II and GDPR compliant.

Can I replace an existing rewards tool?

Yes. We actively help you migrate, including importing existing contacts and mapping internal approval flows.
